Police raid to Muradiye Municipality : 16 people detained

VAN – 16 people were detained after raids in Muradiye Municipality and houses.


Police raided to Muradiye Municipality at early this morning hours. Co-mayor Dr. Mehmet Ali Tunç’s office was scoured. Police also raided co-mayor Tunç’s houses in Muradiye and Erçiş.

At the same time police raided some other houses as well. After the raids 16 people included co-mayor were taken to police headquarter.
