Demonstrations and marches banned for one month in Ankara

ANKARA – Demonstrations and marches were banned in capital of Turkey, Ankara by Governorship of Ankara for one month.

Ankara Governorship banned demonstrations and marches in Ankara for a month after the reaction against constitution proposal.

“ According to intelligence service’s information, illegal terrorist organizations aim and prepare to attack to our city, Ankara. Especially, it is predicted that attacking may be against the crowd place such as demonstration or similar activities... Therefore demonstrations, marches and such as activities were banned for one month in Ankara by the authority granted to governorship by the state of emergence” announced Governorship of Ankara.
