Prosecutor demands heavy imprisonment life for deputy of CHP

İSTANBUL- Prosecutor gave an opinion on the case which Cumhuriyet Newspaper former chief editor Can Dündar, Ankara representative Erdem Gül and CHP PM Enis Berberoğlu is judged. Prosecutor demanded heavy imprisonment for life to Berberoğlu and also 10 years prison sentence for Gül and Dündar.

The trial was heard in İstanbul 14th Heavy Penal Court. Cumhuriyet Newspaper former chief editor Can Dündar, Ankara representative Erdem Gül and Republic People Party (CHP) PM Enis Berberoğlu is charged on “ aiding the illegal organization without being member.”

The trial was delayed to first of March.
