Trustee appointed to Muradiye Municipality

VAN – Trustee was appointed to Muradiye Municipality of Van city after co-mayor was detained on January 17.

Muradiye county governor Mehmet Fatih Çelikel was appointed to Muradiye Municipality as trustee. The police notified the appointed was trustee to the municipality and launched a searching in the building at afternoon hours. Muradiye co-mayor had been taken into custody in raid to municipality building yesterday.

Co-mayor Tunç and 16 people are still kept into custody in police headquarter.
